To ensure players and fans have the best possible experience at the Rothesay International Eastbourne, we have set the following guidelines for when you are in and around the courts:
Gates will open to the public at 10am every day.
First aid and medical provision will be provided for spectators located to the West of Court 1.
Check out the Site Map or ask an Event Marshal on site for more information.
To find out about the food and drink options available, please visit our Rothesay International Eastbourne food and drink page.
Unfortunately there is no left luggage facility on site. You may not bring a bag larger than 16” x 12” x 12” (40cm x 30cm x 30cm) into the grounds. For your safety, all bags are subject to inspection by our security team and are brought to the tournament at the owner’s risk.
General lost property will be taken to the Tournament Information Stand behind the South Stand of Centre Court. For any items lost in the stand please speak to one of the Marshals.
If you wish to leave and re-enter the grounds you will need to collect a wristband from a Security team member on exiting the grounds. In order to be re-admitted you will need to show both the wristband and a valid ticket.
Please be aware you will be handed a wristband only when leaving the venue and not before. You will be subject to a bag search when re-entering the venue.
The full tournament schedule and draw will be revealed in our score centre before the start of each day.
Play will start each day at 11am. We can't guarantee when play will finish as this will depend on the length of matches.
Your safety and security is particularly important to us and our security plans are regularly reviewed to ensure they remain in line with the latest threat level and recommendations from Sussex Police and our security advisors.
During the tournament, we would ask everyone arriving to remain patient, follow the instructions given by our Security Stewards and allow plenty of time for bag search entry checks. For your safety the venue will operate 100% bag search as well as randomised person searches. Please help us by having your bag and ticket ready.
In preparation for the event please familiarise yourself with the conditions of entry as well as the prohibited and restricted items list on the link below.
Our Marshals and Security personnel are spread all over the tournament grounds. They are here to help you enjoy your visit, so don’t be surprised if they pop up to say hello if you look lost.
