The 24th Judicial District Court offers a Self-Help Resource Center (SHRC) in partnership with the Pro Bono Project. SHRC is a place where you can find helpful information and services about your legal problem if you are not represented by an attorney. Legal information includes court forms and tools to help you complete these forms, answers to general questions about court process or procedure, and help preparing for your day in court.

Volunteers are ready to help you in whatever way they can. Their role is to provide you with information, not legal advice. They have been instructed not to answer questions if they do not know the answer and may refer you to other resources to assist you in getting the information you need. Virtual services are now available to meet the needs of self-represented litigants in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana.
