Ben, I have to disagree with you respectfully. Every review on our website goes through moderation, and you won't believe how many don't make it to the public!
We often hear company representatives say, "You can post whatever you want on this website," as they try to erase mentions of themselves from the internet. It's understandable, but we believe in freedom of speech. Customers can share their experiences on our platform, just like you did when you posted the same review about us on multiple websites 😉

Feb 24, 2024I registered a complaint about 1xBet before 22 days, it's take alomst 4 days to be visible because i didn't understand about the process. Now, my issue isn't in solving process, they just replying me to make me inactive and show as resolved in app. Complaintsboard.com doesn't give time frame for any company to solve their issues. I don't think complaintsboard.com is a reliable place to update your personal data and issues to be resolved.

Our company has a "profile" on this terrible website. It collects random information from different sources without following up on them or checking the information. In our case the " complaint " was taken from our BBB page. We resolved the complaint long time ago, but they wouldn't update it on their website. Websites like this should be banned since they are hurtful to businesses/consumers. If you run a complaints website, make sure to check your information. Not just still it from other websites.

I noticed that ALL my complaints on WAlmart.ca disappeared soon after posting with only the complaint titles remained. ComplaintBoard.com never explained why or what the issues were
It seems to me that ComplaintBoard.com not only marked all my complaints as "resolved" while in fact none of them was, but also has some form of censorship & they remove consumer complaints at will with no explanation. Shame on ComplaintBoard.com pretending that they act as a public online "complaint board"

Just wanted to write a furious review about the service at the company which name i won't mention here and didn't really expect to get any response. Well i got some comments to my complaint from the people with the same problem (some of them weren't so adequate btw) and not to mention i got an answer from the company. Issue has been resolved and i just don't care about anything else.

It's even more suspect that they have domain protection for ICANN Whois records. They protect their address!!

Complaintsboard is a scam site filled with some unrealistic reviews! They shamelessly publish fake reviews left and right, without a care in the world for truth or verification.
They do not need real users to post their reviews, this whole site is just one big scam. DON'T try to fool people around, we are not that stupid to believe in those text you post around

Usually, this kind of content consists of personal attacks and verbal assaults, personal data of employees, sharing other people’s experiences, conflicts of interest, and reviews meant for other websites.
• If you are a company representative, then please aim at resolving complaints from real customers. The more complaints you have resolved, the lesser is the impact of the fake complaints on your business.
• Publicly express in a comment or a private message why you find a review to be inaccurate. This will diminish the effect these reviews might have by showing your customers the whole picture of the situation. I don't understand folks that are making negative remarks about the website.
They're doing their job: they're offering a platform for people to share their negative experiences with different companies in order to save the trouble for others. They aren't making those complaints themselves; users from across the world do. Majority are genuine, but some are not.
Following logic of those that are making negative remarks, it's like you have to blame the police for storming your house, not the person that make a fake call to begin with.

I have been harassed stalked bullied name it what you will and so has many of my friends all because we outed a plagiarist over 6 years ago.
She took to Facebook to attack us then moved to G+ and now Complaintsboard.
She creates many fake accounts to attack us simply because she was outed as a thief.
Do not use Complaintsboard ever, they ignore legitimate complaints in favor of fake ones that bring in traffic.
Complaintsboard.com is essentially a website of FakeNews

I asked them to remove my personal information, however I was not sure what was visible to others and if they could tell me what that was. They refused, and just kept telling me to specifically tell them what information needed to be removed.

I have been handling complaints for the company I work for on Complaintsboard. Consistently, I keep getting complaints that'll clearly state things like "today is 25June16 and I still have not received this", POSTED ON November 19th, 2018. I'm getting tons of similar ones to this. When I emailed customer service asking why they're posting two years too late, of course I don't get a response. so don't give anyone a chance to help the customers there and post them well after they were actually filed so there's nothing anyone can do. I hope they get shut down since they can't even allow businesses to take care of the issues since they don't post reviews in a timely manner.

Jan 27, 2014Most of the reviews on complaintsboard.com are indeed legit. However, a lot of scammers increasingly use the site to extract money from businesess. They post fake and defamatory reviews about your company and once the bad review appears in google they contact you to offer their services (often pretending to be a SEO company) to remove the fake review.
Unfortunately, due to US regulations, you can't have the fake review removed by the site owner and they don't seem to care about it anyway. This is an illegal practice affecting many businesses including mine recently.

Sep 21, 2022I agree with others that this website is a complete scam and run by someone who does not respond to emails and wants people to pay thousands of dollars to remove negative posts made by competitor businesses or angry individuals who's issues have already been resolved but seek to ruin online reputations anyhow. You are not allowed to edit your posts and can only click resolved and every post is verified simply by clicking on your email address. They rank high in google searches trying to destroy small businesses. This website does not check facts. They simply allow people to post without people submitting proof. Personal information is allowed as is harrassment and bullying. I have been bullied and harrassed thanks to this website . My personal information has been shared against my wishes and I have repeatedly reported it and it has still been up there. I have submitted emails many times and no one has responded. I refuse to pay hundreds or thousands of dollars to have a post taken down. Any other website requires you must submit proof and states bullying and harrassment are not allowed. This website does not care, nor enforce any of their rules. I believe they need a group lawsuit against them to put them out of business for what they are doing. Pretty sure it's illegal.
